"I'm Liz and I'm 21 and at the moment I'm in my final year reading for a degree in Drama and Theatre studies in London. I have been a member of Weight Watchers since I was 16 years old, and to date have lost 35lbs (since my heaviest weigh in, May 2006). This may sound a lot to the average person, but I was 18 stones and 4 pounds at this weigh in, so it really isn't a great amount, and I am still incredibly over-weight (in the obese section, in fact). It is my aim to this year rediscover who I am and in doing so reclaim by body, both in terms of my looks, and of my fitness, health and well-being. It is time for me to be honest not only with myself, but with the people around me."
